We will study selections from "Speaking Torah," a newly published selection of early Hasidic texts that are designed to help readers think more profoundly about the texts of our tradition and how their wisdom relates directly to our lives. Texts will be provided in Hebrew and English, and everyone is welcome!

Volunteers are needed to help prepare and serve a sit down meal to 200 local seniors in Brooklyn Heights! Our synagogue is thrilled to join local community organizations, including Grace Church, the Cobble Hill Health Center, and the 84th Precinct for this important event.
Families are welcome but please note that children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and not all volunteer assignments available for the day are suitable for younger children. Families with children under the age of 10 are encouraged to bake and drop off pies for the event.

Building Bridges Congregation Mount Sinai
PRESCHOOL provide a safe and caring preschool environment for children from 2 1/2 to 5 years of age that stimulates the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children. A blend of academic skills, personal knowledge, and social awareness will enable children to learn to the fullest of their abilities, preparing them for further education and lifelong learning.
PLAYSPACE for children ages 2 to 5 years accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Our beautiful classroom will offer manipulatives, imaginative play area, building blocks, story books and art supplies in a free-play setting. Our Early Childhood Education teacher will end each session with story-time. Snacks for children provided.
